Our Inner Bridge Masterclasses are 60–90 minute live online sessions that offer a gentle introduction to integrative wellbeing.
Each masterclass focuses on one theme — such as stress reduction, emotional balance, or heart–brain coherence — and combines teachings from Traditional Chinese Medicine, counselling psychology, and body–mind practices.
These sessions are designed for anyone curious about holistic wellness and wanting to experience real change in a short time.

Learn, Practice, and Restore
Our live-streamed short-term programs offer focused learning over several sessions (usually 3–5 weeks).

Sessions are held online with bilingual support in English and Chinese, allowing participants from different time zones to connect, learn, and grow together.

Our Inner Bridge Wellness Retreats bring the principles of balance and connection to life.
Held in carefully chosen natural environments, these 2–3 day experiences include Traditional Chinese Medicine therapy, tea culture, personal counselling, somatic practice, and guided reflection.
Participants receive individual or small-group attention from Dr. Liang, Angela, and Michelle — blending Eastern therapeutic care and Western emotional support.

Our TCM consultations offer holistic assessment and care using classical Chinese diagnostic methods and modern understanding.
Sessions may include acupuncture, herbal therapy, cupping, moxibustion, or lifestyle guidance based on individual needs.
Each consultation supports both physical health and emotional balance, aligning the body’s natural energy systems (Qi) with personal wellbeing goals.
This service is available online (consultation-based) or in person where possible.
Our integrative counselling and trauma recovery sessions led by Michelle combine modern psychological approaches — such as person-centred therapy and somatic awareness — with Eastern principles of balance and energy flow.
Each session creates a safe and compassionate space for clients to explore emotional challenges, trauma, and life transitions.
Through conversation, body-based awareness, and guided techniques, clients learn to regulate emotions, restore self-trust, and reconnect with inner strength.
Sessions are available one-to-one or in small, supportive groups, offered in English and with Chinese translation.
